I had a wonderful experience with Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air from start to finish. The person making the appointment was very helpful, the text, emails, and call prior to the techs' arrival were great so I knew exactly who and when to expect them. Andrew and Tracy arrived this morning and quickly identified the problem and immediately were able to fix the leak and replace the pipes and faucet. It was done within a few hours and I could move on with my day. They also cleaned up the work area and put everything back to better than before. Great personalities, very friendly and kind. These guys are awesome. Jimmy and Tracey came out and the first words out of Tracey’s mouth were, 'It’s probably a nail from the trim.' And he was right! They both narrowed down the leak and cut two small holes and repaired all within 45 minutes. Very friendly, very cooperative, very nice to see such good work done in such a short time. Breht and his crew (Michael, Jarrod, Kodi, Braydyn) did a great job while fixing my sewer & water line. I chose a family-owned business because I thought dealing with a smaller company would be easier than a big company. Unfortunately, I had to call out of the country (maybe the Philippines) just to talk with someone in the Delaware, Ohio office. I only had to call out of the country 3 times to get my address correct. But despite communication with Emergency Plumbing, the guys and their work for me was exceptional!
