Used these guys for many years, always quick to get out and reasonably priced. Emergency holiday prices kinda suck, but that’s too be expected. Atleast they do their best to fix the problem!

Colton and John were as good as it can get! Effective, efficient, and very personable. We don’t really hope for another leak, but if and when we do, we will be calling E P H!!

Main line clog, called 4 local companies around Galena/Delaware and not one of them could provide same day service despite their websites claiming as much. Emergency Plumbing took my call late in the day and accepted without delay and were able to resolve the issue going into the weekend. Colton is the man!

The tech was very professional and informative on what was going on. We had an emergency on a Sunday. The price was very expensive but again it was on a weekend. I will use them again. Hopefully during regular hours.

Furnace . Our heat went out early Sunday morning. We called at 7 am and Shawn was out by 8:15. He checked the furnace thoroughly and gave us the options available. We chose to wait until Monday so that our cost would be lower. He fixed the furnace enough that we had heat during the frigid weather. Shawn returned on Monday and replaced the part that needed fixed. Shawn is very personable and explained everything to us. Very happy with his service. He also double checked everything. Elizabeth helped get everything scheduled in a timely manner.

Shawn and Clinton the Heating and Cooling technicians where great. They were courteous , informative and very helpful. They saved us a ton of money compared to most company. Emergency * Plumbing * Heating *Air ,is the way to go !!!!!!!

Tracy and an apprentice (didn’t catch his name) came out to help me with ongoing plumbing issues. They got the problem solved. Both very nice guys, hardworking, trust worthy and happy to help. Thanks again!

I woke up to water in my basement and a sump pump that wasn’t running. I called Emergency Plumbing and received a call back within 10-15 minutes. Same day availability was available but due to my schedule I had to schedule for the following day. The appointment was booked between 8am and 11am. They called around 9am when they were 20 minutes out. The AJ and Luis arrived and were very professional. After looking at my sump pump, they suggested I get a new one since this is the second time it happened and the pump was working intermittently. I also asked about a battery backup and tankless water heater. They provided estimates for everything. No high pressure sales. They also repaired a pipe on the outside of my house related to the sump pump. The service was quick and professional. I’ll definitely use them again.

Wonderful service by Alfonso and Anthony. They explained everything and were very courteous. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Christopher and ANTHONY showed up today and knock the job out within two hours. This situation has been plaguing us since we moved into the house nine years ago. Once again, I certainly appreciate the outstanding work of emergency plumbers and will continue to utilize them throughout our residence in Delaware County.

Emergency Plumbing came out on the holiday weekend when I needed them when other companies would have had me wait days. Colton was very helpful and explained all my options clearly.

Mike and Ethan were great! They quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me different options for the solution. They fixed the leak I had quickly and explained what caused it and things for me to look out for very clearly. They even looked at other plumbing needs I had and quoted and described how to do the repair before they left. Very Professional and I would definitely get service from them again.

The crew that came out to fix my broken sump-pump were really nice! They replaced the pump quickly and the water that had come up started receding right away! Thank you so much!

Alfonso and Micheal were great! Alfonso took the time to explain what needed to be replaced/serviced on our hot water tank and followed up at the finish to review, including catching and repairing a small gas/waterleak at no charge for safety! Nice Job! I would recommend them again!

This project is just another reason why we only use Emergency Plumbing. Mike, Josh, and Mike were wonderful! They’re very respectful and knowledgeable! They worked VERY hard! I actually felt bad because of the amount of work they had to do. Replacing part of our main line in an older home was NOT an easy task. They explained things they were doing and what needed to be done. I was impressed with their clean up job too! I highly recommend Emergency Plumbing and you’d be lucky to have Mike, Josh, & Mike do the job!!

Kodi and Colton came to my home to determine the source of a sewer gas leak. I have hired numerous plumbers over the past few months, and Kodi and Colton were the first ones to figure out what was really going on. I was impressed with their thoroughness, and I am so relieved to have an answer after literally months of expensive testing. I would gladly have them in again for further work. Thanks to both of you!
