SEPTIC HEALTH MAINTENANCE PLAN
- Check FOG levels / Sludge scum levels – Determine if the tank needs to be pumped.
- Check the structures for stability and operation.
- Switch the leach field in the distribution box (if applicable).
- Check/Run/Test any pumps/controls/alarms (if applicable).
- Check amp draw on any pumps.
- Visual inspection of leach field
- Probe inspection will be done if proper preparation is done.
- Customer will need to run water for 1 hour before the technician’s arrival.
- Fill out reports and document all findings.
- Check/ clean effluent filter (if applicable).
- Filter: Add-on (Additional 30 mins @ discounted price $100 each).
- Check/ clean filter socks if needed (if applicable).
Customers will receive this service twice a year when enrolled in the Septic Health Maintenance Plan @ $19.95 a month.
In addition to these services, customers enrolled in the SHMP will also receive a 10% discount on all septic services, including add-ons, pumping, and repairs.
