Responsive to inquiry via Yelp and obtained an appointment within the timeframe needed. Tech, Sean, was on time, friendly and professional. Had a Honeywell thermostat in his truck and was able to diagnose issue, install new thermostat and ensure functionality all within about 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again if need be.

Main sewer line clog had all drains backing up and spitting up sewage in our tubs. We called and they were here in minutes. The access is in the basement and they plumbers allowed us to help catch and direct sewage away from our belongings. I am very appreciative they gave us a fighting chance instead of just opening the access for 100+ gallons of sewage to flow everywhere like a fire hydrant. We had fun helping and what a story to tell. I still can’t believe they were here in minutes for our plumbing emergency, dispatch was aware they were in the area and finishing up a job – timing worked out to squeeze us into the schedule. Other plumbing companies were booked and only had after hours rates along with a hefty price tag and hours of waiting. We needed help ‘Now’ and ‘Now’ is what we received from Emergency Plumbing Professionals. Great service

We had a contractor refinishing our floors and discovered a slow leak behind living room wall. Tracey knew what it was before even cutting into the wall. Had it fixed in like 20 minutes and our other contractors could keep moving. Emergency services are never cheap, but that’s OK when you’re in a pinch & the company delivers quality work. I would definitely hire them again.

Had Emergency Plumbing perform a routine septic system pump out. Bill arrived on time and explained the process. He was professional and knowledgeable about our system taking time to discuss its operation. After a “clean” bill of health, he was on his way leaving no trace of his presence. I was able to get it working, but wanted piece of mind due to single digit temperatures on the horizon. I called Emergency and they got me set up with an appointment the next day. Nathan and Travis arrived on-time and went to work. They checked, verified, and tested all the furnace’s components multiple times. Also, provided me with some possible causes of the problem and maintenance tips to avoid them in the future.
