I called at 10:30pm on Dec 23rd and was told someone would be there the next day – all other companies were 5-7 days out. Jacob showed up at 11:00pm on Christmas Eve and stayed until 1:00am to ensure that everything was working and water was restored to my entire house. He was thorough, professional, and extremely friendly under brutal circumstances. I can’t thank you enough for getting water restored for Christmas!!! Thank you to Jacob and your entire team! Thank you to Mike and Dylan for coming on a late Friday afternoon to fix our bathtub plumbing. We had a pretty bad leak from old pipes and were worried about how bad it could be. They could have waited until after the weekend, but instead they got us taken care of. We’re really pleased with the job they did. We’ve used them in the past and will use them again.

I have been using Emergency Plumbing for many years for both renovations and emergency situations and the technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Brandon has been to our new home twice in the past month for separate plumbing issues and both times he explained the problem, provided potential solutions and then made the necessary repairs. I recently learned that they are working to help young people in high school learn the trade while a trainee (Sam) was being mentored during work I had completed. It’s great to see companies helping the community in this way.

Had Ron and Justin out to look at a broken sump pump after we talked to Jessica in dispatch. They were as friendly and professional as can be. They quickly found the issue, and even helped us on another thing when they saw it. Would absolutely use them again.
