Alfonso & Zeke were on time and very professional. They checked why I was getting sewage backup on the floor drain (for A/C condensation) in the basement of my new house. They checked out everything in my house and did not find any issues. I had them check for blockages or issues with the pipes with a camera (for an extra fee); not really anything found. Said it may be an issue when there is heavy rains and the city sewer line backs up. They answered any questions I had and were very pleasant. They did advise today’s service call has a 30 day guarantee; if there is another problem in the next 30 days they will come back at no charge.

This is the second time I have used the company and both times were great experiences. This service on my furnace was performed by Nathan. He was very polite when calling to say he was on his way and then when he got here he looked and walked me through everything before he did it. He then gave me options on what I could do to fix it and gave me maintenance tips as well. You could tell he loves his job and he’s great at it. Thank you, Nathan.

Recommended!! And will hire them again. Ron and Jimmy were very courteous and professional. They called ahead, came on time, wore booties, took time listening to problems, and provided several options as a solution. This was the second time Emergency Plumbing, Heating & Air Delaware came to our house. The first time they sent Alfonso and his assistant to repair leaking (old with corroded connections) supply lines and replace the sink faucet. They are also very courteous and professional. They fixed the problem in a timely manner.

Emergency Plumbing showed up very fast and completed the work in a clean and professional manner. Brandyn was very professional, he wore booties in my house so he wouldn’t walk across my carpet and was super knowledgeable. We contacted the company regarding a water leak under our sink that we couldn’t identify. Mike & Mike came out the next morning and immediately told us that the garbage disposal needed to be replaced and they had one with them. They did the installation quickly and efficiently. They were very reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend their services.

Jimmy and Hutch came at 11pm at night for an emergency call. Our septic was extremely backed up and we needed someone ASAP. They knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done quickly. They did not waste any time and they were super polite. Definitely recommend this company. We were very very impressed and happy.

They are knowledgeable, responsive, respectful and kind, and they always explain in detail what they did and what was going on with the equipment. Sean was our tech this time and he was incredible! I think this is the fifth time we have used Emergency Plumbing between services needed at home and for my business. Nick and Jimmy were able to fix my hot water tank concerns. Very professional and friendly and explained everything so that I would understand how to continue the process. Alfonso and Paul repaired broken pipe. They called ahead and presented at estimated time. They described each step of the repair to me. They also interacted with my family and were complete gentleman. Exactly what I would want in good quality service.

Emergency plumbing took on a late evening emergency gas leak extremely quickly! They also sent a text with a picture and short bio of the person who would be coming out which made me far more comfortable and at ease in knowing who would be coming into my home. It made a scary situation less scary and added a personal touch. As a woman I appreciated this and it made me feel safe. Kodi came out late in the evening and got our gas leak taken care of quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered every question that I had (which were many). I will absolutely recommend Emergency Plumbing (and Kodi) to everyone I know!

Excellent family business, scheduled my boss in when all other companies gave him 3 to 4 weeks out for HVAC appt. Plus, they are a good, local, honest, reputable business!

Hired Emergency Plumbing to work on 18 street water curb boxes. Some were buried and undetectable. They came out, found the hidden ones and extended and unclogged all the others. Amazing the equipment they use. Hats off to Cody and Bill, they were great to work with. Patient and professional. A very large project they completed in one day. I will use them again for all of our plumbing needs.

I am very happy with my new furnace. From the Salesman to the install. I had a 50 year old commercial furnace that was not easy to install but these guy’s John and Nick did a great job. I have been in construction for 40 years and this is one of the best installs that I have ever had. From the product to the install these are the guy’s you want to use. We received other quotes and James listened to me and all of the other quotes they all add things we did not want even when I told them what I wanted. The office was great and let me know what was going on at all times.

John and Jason came to my house to help with a 20 year old furnace and AC. Seems as though the AC was a little tired and needed some life support. They did just that. I was expecting a sales pitch but ended up having them keep the old system alive so I can budget for a new system. I knew I was in good hands when they called within 15 minutes of arriving and pulled up to the house. They noticed the mailbox and immediately moved the van to a spot that did not disrupt mail service to my house or the neighbours. They were polite, and listened to my concerns regarding my current issues. I was very comfortable with them in my house and will be calling on your company when I am ready to retire my system.
