My furnace was initiating a heating cycle, but failing to ignite. I was able to get it working, but wanted piece of mind due to single digit temperatures on the horizon. I called Emergency and they got me set up with an appointment the next day. Nathan and Travis arrived on-time and went to work. They checked, verified, and tested all the furnace’s components multiple times. Also, provided me with some possible causes of the problem and maintenance tips to avoid them in the future. Overall, the prompt and professional response from the initial phone call to Nathan and Travis’ work on site, with no pressure to buy anything was appreciated. Thanks Guys!
